Domestic Shipping Policy
Auto Refill Shipping/Payment Policy
If you willingly opt in to have auto refills on your prescription order, then there will be no refund issued once the prescription has been filled and shipped.
Please note, we do send you an email, to the email on file, 48 hours prior to the auto refill/credit card being processed that lets you know that your prescription will be processed/refilled and your credit card on file will be charged.
This email also allows you to cancel the auto refill if you login and cancel your order/auto refill.
Shipment processing time
All orders are shipped by Foothills Pharmacy or Family Pharmacy.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods where there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
USPS First-Class Shipping
$7.49 for all orders.
PLEASE ALLOW 4-8 DAYS FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTION TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED TO YOU.
*Please note that shipping times are not based on the time of payment of your prescription. Shipping times will take effect after your order has been processed and dispensed by the pharmacy.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Foothills Pharmacy or Family Pharmacy currently ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Neither Skin Medicinals nor Foothills Pharmacy or Family Pharmacy are responsible for any customs and taxes (tariffs, taxes, etc.) applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Neither Skin Medicinals nor Foothills Pharmacy or Family Pharmacy are liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Currently orders are not shipped outside the U.S. with the exception of Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
Prescription Return Policy
Foothills Pharmacy or Family Pharmacy are prohibited by law from accepting any returns for any prescription medication. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
