SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for visiting www.skinmedicinals.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute the Shipping and Return Policy for products ordered through our site. Please see below for the terms applicable to prescription medications, as well as the separate terms applicable to over-the-counter (OTC) products ordered from your healthcare provider through the Virtual Dermshop.

A. PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS

The following shipping and return policies shall apply for all prescription medications ordered through our site.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders placed through the Virtual Dermshop are processed within 24 hours and you should receive such orders within 2 to 5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods where there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email or telephone.

Shipping and Delivery Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

PLEASE ALLOW 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE SHIPPED TO YOU FROM THE TIME OF PAYMENT.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Products may only be shipped to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Neither Skin Medicinals, nor your provider are responsible for any customs and taxes (tariffs, taxes, etc.) applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost Orders

Neither Skin Medicinals nor your provider are liable for any products lost during shipping. If your order is lost during transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Auto Refill Shipping/Payment Policy

When available, if you willingly opt in to have auto refills on your Virtual Dermshop order, then there will be no refund issued once the order has been filled and shipped.

Please note, we will send you an email 48 hours prior to the auto refill/credit card being processed that lets you know that your order will be processed/refilled and your credit card on file will be charged.

This email also allows you to cancel the auto refill.

International Shipping Policy

2. VIRTUAL DERMSHOP RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Your provider does not accept returns for products ordered through their Virtual Dermshop. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

If a product in your order is damaged, you can contact Skin Medicinals within 10 business days following receipt of your order at virtualdermshop@skinmedicinals.com to report the product defect. Skin Medicinals will review your report and, if it determines that you have received a defective product, it will approve a replacement of the product. By submitting a request for a replacement, you agree to send back the defective product within 30 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number to the address indicated by Skin Medicinals (a shipping label will be provided for returns of defective products). No returns of any products ordered through the Virtual Dermshop will be accepted for any reason other than a material defect as provided under here.
